Eggnog French Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 slices french bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup eggnog
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • Maple syrup

Steps

  1. In a shallow mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and eggnog.
  2. Quickly dip slices (do not soak) in egg mixture and cook until golden brown on both sides on med-high heat, about a minute a side.
  3. Keep egg mixture stirred.
